The New Hope Art League is proud to present a plein air workshop by West Fraser, an illustrious, award winning painter, formerly from New Hope now residing in South Carolina, and in town as the juror for the “Images of New Hope” juried exhibition being held at the New Hope Winery May 17 – June 3, 6123 Lower York Rd., New Hope, PA.
